Immunocytochemistry of Undifferentiated Cells
These cell lines have been immunostained for appropriate ES cell markers (see "Antibody Information" chart below) and found to be positive for Oct-4, SSEA-4, Tra-1-60, Tra-1-81 and mostly negative for SSEA-1.
