circuit enclosures There is no MSHA policy for this standard. 30 CFR §75/77.700 Grounding metallic sheaths,
armors, and conduits enclosing power conductors. All metallic sheaths, armors, and conduits enclosing power conductors shall be electrically continuous throughout and shall be grounded by methods approved by an authorized representative of the Secretary. MSHA policy can be found here: 77.700 These standards require that metal enclosing or encasing electrical circuits be grounded or provided with other equivalent protection. They do not apply to battery-operated equipment.
