  • The IQLM was incorporated as a 501c3 organization in 2004 with the mission of advancing substantial improvements in quality, effectiveness, safety and appropriateness for the broad universe of laboratory testing. The IQLM Board of Directors decided to close IQLM operations in February 2007.
