How we process your e-mail messages
 
The DLS Internet Coordinator reviews your messages Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. ET). Messages received after hours, over the weekend or on federal holidays will not be reviewed until the next business day. We  respond to most inquiries within 1 - 5 business days, depending on the availability of our subject matter experts. Complex inquiries or data requests may take longer, however we will inform you if we find there will be a significant delay. 
 

Medical questions

The information and e-mail services on the DLS Internet site cannot provide personalized medical advice to individuals about their condition or treatment.
