New Regulations – Revisions to the Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Benefit Programs

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) today (11/10/2008) released an interim final regulation with comment period that clarifies our guidance for the payment of compensation to agents and brokers who enroll beneficiaries in Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans.
