The agency's mission for EEO is to provide a comprehensive and results-oriented Equal Opportunity Program for
internal/external customers that is in full compliance with Federal laws, Executive Orders and agency directives,
and is integrated into the everyday business of the United States Mint.
The vision for the United States Mint's EEO Program is an agency that reflects the rich diversity of the Nation and provides a
full and fair opportunity for all employees, applicants and customers regardless of race, color, religion,
national origin, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, parental status, or genetic information.
The EEO Program is administered by the EEO section of the EEO and Dispute Resolution Division which is
located in the Workforce Solutions Department.
The EEO Section is responsible for providing guidance to all United States Mint
employees on the implementation of new initiatives as well as enforcing the statutory regulations that

EEO Counseling and Discrimination Complaint processing, Education Outreach Initiative, and the Prevention
