The "Report" screen displays. At this stage in the process, if a problem is found that the Grantee must correct, the Report must be Rejected.

If the Report Form is Approved by Regional Office and then Rejected by Central Office, Regional Office must also Reject the Report Form in order for the Grantee to make the necessary changes.
