After an OLDC Report Form is Submitted to HHS, the Grants Officer must click the Review button from the "Status Page" to take ownership. Once the Report Form is under Review, the grantee can no longer make changes. The Report can now be either Approved or Rejected by Regional or Central Office.

However, not all Report Forms can be brought under Review via OLDC. Any report that requires Recommendations, such as Foster Care Expenditures, Adoption Expenditures, and the CSE 396A, can only be Reviewed and Approved or Rejected through GATES.
