This project will initiate development of accessible geospatial data relating to the sea floor. The resulting infrastructure will be the Gulf of Maine Data Framework (GOMDF). The Federal Geographic Data Committee and GeoConnections Canada are jointly funding in parallel these projects. GeoConnections (www.geoconnections.org) is developing the Canadian Geospatial Data Infrastructure (CGDI). U.S. award $74,973. Canadian award $99,702.
