Report Status History

The Status Page contains information about a Report Form's History. The History is a log of all the actions taken on the Report Form (i.e., Save, Validate, Certify, Submit, etc.).

The History records the type of action taken, the date and time of the action, the user who performed the action, any changes, and whether or not the action occurred on the Original Report Form or on a Revision.
