Health Effects

Ingestion: Harmful if swallowed or put in mouth. Esophageal irritation possible with exposure to more than one mouthful. Do not induce emesis or further irritation may result from re-exposure.
Eye Contact: Contact may cause mild irritation.
Skin: Mildly irritating to the skin.
Inhalation: None.
Signs and Symptoms of Exposure:
Ingestion: Irritation of the mouth and gastrointestinal tract, with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Substantial ingestions may produce hematemesis and possibly moderate to severe gastrointestinal irritation. Esophageal stricture formation is not expected.
Eye Contact: May cause stinging, tearing, itching, swelling, and/or redness of the eyes.
Skin: May result in transient skin irritation (redness, swelling) upon prolonged contact with undiluted material.
Inhalation: None known.

Ingestion: Give milk or water. Call a physician. Do not induce emesis.
Eye Contact: Flush eyes thoroughly with water.

Inhalation: Move exposed individual to fresh air.

DISPOSAL IS TO BE PERFORMED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL FEDERAL, STATE/PROVINCIAL AND LOCAL REGULATIONS. Undiluted waste product from this product would be RCRA "Corrosive" hazardous waste. Do not landfill. Hazardous waste treatment to reduce the pH is necessary prior to disposal. Household waste may be disposed of down sewer.
ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION
Cascade Pure Rinse Gel is compatible with septic tank systems. Should not be disposed of directly into the environment.
