Site: Potable Water-
Violation: An air-gap was not provided at the fill for the passenger pool 1 expansion tank.
Recommendation:Provide an air gap at this location.
Site: Potable Water-
Violation: The potable water lines supplying the spa showers and toilets were not listed in the cross-connection control program.
Recommendation:Ensure that the cross-connection control program includes at minimum: a complete listing of cross-connections and the backflow prevention method/device for each, so that there is a match to the plumbing system component and location, and an inspection frequency. Ensure that air-gaps are included in the listing.
Site: Potable Water-
Violation: The potable water tank maintenance records did not consistently show that the free chlorine level was less than 5.0 ppm prior to putting the tanks back into service after disinfection.
Recommendation:Ensure that the disinfected parts of the system are flushed with potable water until the free residual halogen is at or below 5.00 mg/L (ppm).
*Inspections scores of 85 or lower are NOT satisfactory
