Violation: LOWER LOOP (DECKS 0 - 5) DOES NOT HAVE A HALOGEN ANALYZER RECORDER INSTALLED AT THE FAR POINT OR RETURN LINE OF THE SYSTEM. [NOTE - THIS ITEM IS UNDER TECHNICAL REVIEW AT THE TIME OF PREPARATION OF THE FINAL INSPECTION REPORT. NO ACTION IS NEEDED UNTIL REVIEW HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND FURTHER INFORMATION IS PROVIDED TO THE COMPANY BY VSP.]
Recommendation:5.5.1.1.1 A halogen analyzer-chart recorder shall be installed at a distant point in the potable water distribution system where a significant water flow exists.
