Site: Whirlpool/Spa-Spa Whirlpool Technical Room
Violation: The water was leaking continuously from the relief vent on the reduced pressure backflow prevention device on the cold water line.
Recommendation:Repair or replace the backflow prevention device.
Site: Potable Water-Port Bunker Station Hose Lockers
Violation: The "potable water only" labels on two of the hoses were faded and difficult to read.
Recommendation:Ensure that potable water hoses are labeled for use with the words "potable water only" in letters at least 13mm (0.5 inch) at each connecting end.
