Recommendation:Ensure these backflow prevention devices are added to the list.
Site: Potable Water-Crew Pool Mechanical Room
Violation: The reduced pressure principle backflow prevention device in the Crew Pool mechanical room was weeping.
Recommendation:Ensure that maintenance is performed on this reduced pressure principle backflow prevention device.
