Site: Other-LIDO - BUFFET
Violation: SELF-SERVICE UTENSILS WERE SET ON PLATES WHICH WERE POSITIONED OUTSIDE OF THE SNEEZE SHIELDS AT SOME OF THE COLD DISPLAY AND BREAD DISPLAY BUFFET SECTIONS.
Recommendation:Position serving utensils beneath sneeze shields to protect them from passenger contamination.
