THE BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICES ON THE POTABLE WATER LINES TO THE SALON WERE FITTED WITH DRAINLINES WHERE THE ENDS OF THE DRAINLINES WERE DIFFICULT TO SEE. |

Recommendation:Either fit the devices with clear drain lines or position the ends of the installed drain lines such that they are visible. This would enable staff in determining whether or not the devices are leaking and need replacing. |
