Send an e-mail to: listserv@cdc.gov type or paste: "subscribe healthdataforallages" in the body of the e-mail.

When the email has been received, you will be asked to reply to a command confirmation message before the subscription can be accepted. Simply reply and type ok in the body of the message. (Further instructions are provided in the command confirmation message).
How to Unsubscribe (be removed)
In the body of the e-mail message send an e-mail to listserv@cdc.gov and type or paste: "unsubscribe healthdataforallages".
