Violation: THE AIR GAP ON THE PRIVATE WHIRLPOOL BATHTUB WAS LESS THAN THE REQUIRED TWO PIPE DIAMETERS, AND A BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICE COULD NOT BE LOCATED ON THE POTABLE WATER SUPPLY LINE.
Recommendation:Ensure that proper backflow protection is provided at the in cabin whirlpool bathtubs.
