Roles and Assignments screen - Edit Current User list Authorized Reports

Restricted access to specific forms can be assigned via the User/System Settings - Roles and Assignments – Authorized Reports section.

By default, when users are assigned a Program and a Job Type, they are given access to all available forms associated with that Program (i.e. the program CSE has four associated forms – Program Performance Report, Collections, Expenditures, and Budget Projections). The “Authorized Reports” section is used to restrict user's access to specific reports.
