SUBJECT: United States Secret Service Uniformed Division Functions

1. DELEGATION. The Director, U.S. Secret Service, is delegated the authority to perform the functions of the Secretary of the Treasury with respect to the U.S. Secret Service Uniformed Division under the laws of the District of Columbia relating to the Metropolitan Police Force, and with respect to other employees of the U.S. Secret Service to which those laws are applicable.

2. CANCELLATION. Treasury Directive 15-51, "Executive Protection Service Functions," dated September 4, 1986, is superseded.

3. OFFICE OF PRIMARY INTEREST. Office of the Assistant Secretary (Enforcement).
