Guidelines for Federal Agency Responsibilities under Section 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act
The final revised Section 110 guidelines were published in the April 24, 1998, Federal Register. The guidelines, which factor in the National Historic Preservation Act amendments of 1992, specify the obligations of Federal agencies with historic properties under their jurisdiction.
