Through My IFAP, you can update your subscription options, change your password, or update your profile.
If you need assistance with any of these options, you can use the IFAP feedback link to send an email to the FSA Web Communications Team at ifap@ed.gov. If you would like to speak to someone via telephone, you can contact the FSA Research and Customer Care Center at 1-800-433-7327 who will put you in touch with someone from the Web Communications Team.
