Caring for the Caregiver Taking Care of You

Caring for someone, particularly someone with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia, can be an overwhelming task. Caregiving may be physically demanding, emotionally draining and may cause stress and conflict with other caregiver responsibilities. It is critical for the caregivers to take care of their own physical and mental health.
