Ordering: Book and CD-ROM Products

We accept online orders of book and CD-ROM products only from areas
within the United States. If you are ordering from outside the United
States, please click here for a list
of APPI Distributors for your region.
Invoices are mailed separately from the package and should arrive
within a week of receiving your order. If you need a copy of an
invoice immediately, please call our customer service line at 800-368-5777.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

We accept journal orders from areas both within and outside the
United States.

How do I know if my order went through?
If the confirmation page appears on the site after you place your
order, then your order has been received by us. You will also receive
a confirmation e-mail after placing your order online with us, and
a second email once we begin the processing cycle.
What if I received an error message?
If you received an error after submitting your online order, please
contact us directly, either via email at appi@psych.org
or via phone 800-368-5777 or 703-907-7322 (M-F 9:00am-5:30pm ET).
How do I know a products availability?
Unless otherwise noted all titles are in stock and will be available
for shipping as soon as the order is received.
If a title is listed as 'Coming Soon!' on the top of the page,
it has not yet been published. However, you can place an order for
this title and it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
Can I fax or mail my online order?
You can fax or mail your online order by printing out the Current
Order summary page and sending it to one of the following places:

Please be sure to add your credit card information, including type
of card, name on card and card expiration date to the Current Order
summary page before faxing or mailing it.
Shipping
APPI ships via UPS ground. We require a street address to ship
your order, and cannot ship to Post Office boxes or APO addresses.
If a product is in stock, you can expect delivery within approximately
5 business days.
