ADDGS National Resource Center
On this portion of the AoA’s Alzheimer’s Resource Room, we offer information for professionals and providers who serve persons with Alzheimer’s disease, their family members, loved ones or caregivers.
The Alzheimer’s Disease Demonstration Grants to States (ADDGS) National Resource Center provides technical assistance to current and future grantees on ways to develop and sustain community-based services for underserved people with Alzheimer’s disease and their families. The ADDGS National Resource Center also shares practices, supported by research, that are effective in serving people with Alzheimer’s disease and their families as well as promotes the integration of “lessons learned” from grantees’ experiences into ongoing practice though case studies of successful programs. Finally, the ADDGS National Resource Center supports the efforts of everyone serving persons with Alzheimer’s disease, their family members, loved ones, or caregivers by compiling relevant tools and information from across all ADDGS grant sites.
