ERA Research Partners
In establishing the Electronic Records Archives (ERA) Research Program in 1998, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) acknowledged the problem of preserving electronic records was not just ours. Since then, NARA has established research partnerships with world-class computer scientists, engineers, and information management professionals to address those challenges.
In addition, the ERA Research Division actively participates on the Executive Office of the President’s National Coordination Office, Networking and Information Technology Research and Development (NITRD) Program -- http://www.nitrd.gov
