Welcome to Boston National Historical Park's Teacher Resource Center. Below is a list of useful resources to guide educators and students in understanding Boston’s involvement in the American Revolution and its role in supporting the U.S. Navy for 174 years.

CURRICULUM BASED PROGRAMS

Boston National Historical Park offers a series of education programs for school groups that visit the park. These two hour ranger led programs are offered mostly in the Spring, and require reservations.

Did You Know?
Did you know that not until 1835 did folks start referring to the event of December 16, 1773 as "The Boston Tea Party?" For the previous 62 years, the event had been called just what it obviously was, "The Destruction of The Tea.
