The National Laboratory
Training Network (NLTN) is approved by the
California Department of Health Services as a California Clinical
Laboratory Science Accrediting Agency (#0022).
A New Era in Newborn Screening Saving Lives,
Improving Outcomes qualifies for 2 contact hours of continuing
education for California clinical laboratory licensees. To receive a
California CLS certificate you must:
- Register for the course on the CDC PHTN website,
http://www.phppo.cdc.gov/phtnonline/
- For modality you may select either CD-Rom, Videotape, or webcast on
demand.
- Complete the course, then do the post test, and evaluation.
- For type of credit, select continuing education units (CEU).
- Print the CDC continuing education certificate.
- Send a copy of the certificate to:
