In-Park Emission Inventory
Overview
The National Park Service Air Resources Division has available In-park Air Emission Inventory
Reports for over 20 park units. These reports address several air emission sources commonly found in parks,
such as visitor vehicles, wildland fires, woodstoves, watercraft, and other sources. The reports, listed in the table below, provide recommendations
on how these emissions might be mitigated as well. Finally, the reports provide an overview of compliance with applicable
state and local air quality regulations. Reports noted by (*) are not yet available online but can be provided
by contacting John Bunyak at (303) 969-2818.
