Thinking about quitting smoking for the New Year? The American Lung Association of the District of Columbia offers Freedom From Smoking®, a behavior modification therapy program to quit smoking. This program is an 8-session support group program that helps group members better understand their nicotine addiction and how to successfully quit tobacco. It is offered at community and corporate sites in the District. |
