Ways We've Helped Others

We have performed a large number of targeted and technical assistance projects for Federal agencies in the past several years, both large and small:

  • Scheduled the records of the Federal wildland fire agencies and trained over 1000 fire and aviation management staff in the use of the schedule and related tools.

  • Assisted FEMA by teaching vital records as part of Federal COOP training.

  • NASA with a pioneering flexible records schedule.

  • Assisted 14 national forests identify, process and transfer to NARA their important legacy fire management records.

Some of our past projects include:
  • Scheduled a large electronic database and predecessor legacy databases for the Office of Navajo and Hopi Indian Relocation.

  • Performed an office-wide inventory of records for the Defense Visual Information Center.

  • Provided Records Management Training and Briefings as well as FastPack service to the Office of Housing and Urban Development.

  • Provided comments on electronic recordkeeping requirements for the US Forest Service.

  • Prepared a vital records plan for the US Naval Supply Deport, San Diego.
