LANL is the 10th most-cited physics institution in the world

LANL is ranked tenth on a list of the top 20 most-cited institutions in physics published byThomson's in-cites. The ranking is based on the number of citations received by papers authored at these institutions and published in ISI-indexed physics journals in the last ten years.

The Max Planck Society is ranked first, UC-Berkeley is ranked sixth, and UC-Santa Barbara is ranked ninth.
