Updated Adult and Adolescent Treatment Guidelines Now Available!

AIDSinfo is proud to announce that the latest update to the Guidelines for the Use of Antiretroviral Agents in HIV-1-Infected Adults and Adolescents has been released. The new version includes updated information on:

  • Which combination regimens to start treatment with
  • Treatment interruption
  • Treatment of acute HIV infection
  • Treatment of tuberculosis in HIV-infected patients
  • The recently approved NNRTI, etravirine

Changes to the guidelines are summarized in the "What's New in the Document?" section located at the front of the guidelines. The changes are also highlighted in yellow throughout the text and tables. 

The updated guidelines are available for download from the Adult and Adolescent Guidelines section of AIDSinfo. You can also order them by mail or e-mail from AIDSinfo's Order Publications section.
