Model Public Health Laws



A recent study by CDC Public Health Law Program staff identified 107 model public health laws reported on in the manuscript  "A Review and Critique of Model Public Health Laws"( click here for the  abstract on the AJPH website).  A list of the 107 model laws, including their titles, sponsoring organizations, dates of publication, and URLs (where sponsors provide information about them) is contained in an Excel spreadsheet accessible by clicking below.  This list is an integral part of the manuscript.  For more information about this study, please contact any of the authors: DeKeely Hartsfield , Anthony D.
