Recommendation:Ensure that air-gaps are included in the cross-connection control program listing.

Violation: The cross-connection listing for the passenger and crew showers/toilets did not list the type of backflow prevention device/method used.
Recommendation:Ensure that the cross-connection control program listing includes the backflow prevention method/device for each (non-continuous pressure type, continuous pressure type, atmospheric vacuum breaker, etc.), so that there is a match to the plumbing system component and location.
