Site: Whirlpool/Spa-Records
Violation: The whirlpool/spa records indicated a daily shock halogenation for one hour. The records did not indicate the concentration of the shock halogenation. However, instructions for the crew indicated to shock halogenate the whirlpools with a greater than 10 ppm chlorine solution.
Recommendation:Ensure the concentration is recorded for the daily shock halogenation.
*Inspections scores of 85 or lower are NOT satisfactory
