The Report Form status is now Certified or Certified with Warnings. It must be UnCertified before any data changes can be made.

The person(s) with the Certify role must go to the Report Form screen and click the UnCertify button. If you are already on the Status Page screen, you may click the Edit Original button to return to the Report Form screen.

Click the Edit Original button to continue.
