An
Exercise Story
My
name is Emil. I am 87 years old. I do weight lifting three times a
week. I was experiencing weakness in my upper body. I was advised
to begin exercising with weights and stretching my muscles. I
target my shoulders, arms, and midsection with the weights. I
definitely feel stronger. I am able to lift many more pounds than I
used to. Also, I do stair stepping and stretching. This has stopped
the charley horses I was experiencing frequently. I know this
summer I will be in better condition to do my gardening and lawn
care which I enjoy so much.
