简介
近年来,行为风险因素监测系统(BRFSS)的应答率呈下降趋势。1993年的应答率大约为 72%;而在2006年,应答率大约为51%。为评估这种下降对于BRFSS估算质量的影响,我们将从BRFSS中选取的健康和风险因素估算值与全国健康访谈调查(NHIS)及全国健康和营养调查 (NHANES)的类似估算值进行对比。

方法
我们分析了3项调查的问卷,确定出一套与吸烟流行程度、饮酒、医疗状况、接种疫苗、健康状况、保险范围、医疗费用障碍因素、艾滋病毒检测以及人体测量(身高和体重)有关的可比较方法。

我们比较了多达15项成果测量指标的加权估算值,包括总体测量以及12个人群亚组的测量。我们得出设计适当的点估算值,并对这些估算值相等的假设执行统计检验。然后,我们计算出 P值,用来比较NHIS和NHANES的估算值与BRFSS的估算值。

结果
虽然BRFSS和NHIS的估算值在15项测量指标中有5项在统计学上相似,但是BRFSS和NHANES的估算值在6项测量指标中仅有1项在统计学上相似。然而,其中一些对比值所观测到的差异很小。

结论
这些调查在多个结果测量指标上都得出了相似的估算值,即使我们也观测到有些存在明显差异。但许多观测到的差异对于实施相关公共卫生计划的后果影响有限;而其它一些差异可能需要更为详尽的调查。一般而言,本文调查的BRFSS估算范围应趋向于与NHIS 和NHANES估算值对等,这两项调查具有更高的调查参与率。
