You may subscribe to Preventing Chronic Disease by typing in your

receive the journal's table of contents and periodic e-mail announcements.

To unsubscribe to PCD, leave the subject line
empty and send an e-mail to listserv@cdc.gov
with the following in the body of your message:

Change e-mail address
To change your e-mail subscription to PCD, follow
the directions to unsubscribe with your old e-mail address. You may then use
