MICAR200

The data processing component of the MICAR system automates multiple cause coding rules as it assigns proper ICD codes for each medical entity on the death certificate.

The MICAR100 portion of the MICAR200 software takes output from SuperMICAR and assigns entity reference numbers to any unassigned text. The MICAR200 portion of the MICAR200 software takes the MICAR100 output and converts the entity reference numbers to ICD codes. The system is designed so that MICAR200 is automatically run after MICAR100. The software generates the input files needed by PC-ACME/TRANSAX software.

Due to the large size or complexity of tis file it has not been made accessibleMMDS Software Documentation
