THIS ELEMENT WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THE NDFD ONCE A DAY AT 1200 UTC FOR THE CONTERMINOUS U.S. /CONUS/ AND THE 16 PRE-DEFINED NDFD CONUS SUBSECTORS. USERS OF NDFD EXTENSIBLE MARKUP LANGUAGE /XML/ VIA THE SIMPLE OBJECT ACCESS PROTOCOL /SOAP/ SERVICE OR NDFD GEOGRAPHY MARKUP LANGUAGE /GML/ VIA THE WEB FEATURE SERVICE /WFS/ WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS THIS ELEMENT VIA THOSE SERVICES ONE WEEK LATER ON OCTOBER 7 2008 AT 1200 UTC.
