DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

BP Oil Inc., Cleveland, Ohio, is being awarded a $65,389,591 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for motor gasoline; distillate diesel fuel; and heating oil. Three hundred twenty four sealed bids were solicited and sixty six were received. Work will be performed in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, and South Carolina, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-97-D-4058).

Sellers Oil Company*, Bainbridge, Georgia, is being awarded a $9,734,865 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for motor gasoline; distillate diesel fuel; and heating oil. Three hundred twenty four sealed bids were solicited and sixty six were received. Work will be performed in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. NAVY

Hunt Building Corporation, El Paso, Texas, is being awarded a $34,656,774 firm-fixed-price contract for design and construction of 276 Navy Family Housing units at Naval Air Station, Lemoore, Calif. Work will be performed in Lemoore, Calif., and is expected to be completed by June 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 200 proposals solicited and five offers received. The Engineering Field Activity West, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, San Bruno, Calif., is the contracting activity (N62474-96-C-6204).

Sparton Defense Electonics, Deleon Springs, Fla., is being awarded a $16,277,917 contract for 18,542 AN/SSQ-62D sonobuoys and associated data. Work will be performed in Deleon Springs, Fla., and is expected to be completed by March 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with two proposals solicited and two offers received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Ind., is the contracting activity (N00164-97-C- 0028).
