Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will welcome The Right Honorable Malcolm Rifkind, Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs of the United Kindgom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, to the Pentagon at 2 p.m. (EST), March 10, 1997, with an Honor Cordon on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance.

There will be a photo opportunity immediately following the ceremony.
