Abstract:

This research brief summarizes the results of a Nationwide evaluation of Fetal and Infant Mortality Review (FIMR) programs and their impact on perinatal health care. It is intended to assist existing FIMR programs and communities that are in the process of establishing new FIMR's. The brief discusses the value of FIMR programs and factors that contribute to successful programs. It includes a table, a figure, and references.
