Abstract:

This booklet provides cost analyses for using AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) funding. It surveyed ten of 12 States to determine how their ADAP funds were spent. The booklet includes tables of collected data of barriers and challenges in implementing ADAP insurance programs in various States, figures, and references.
