Incentives & Training Programs
The Office of Grant Operations creates partnerships between federal, state and local government to offer business incentives to employers. More
Workers' Compensation
New Jersey law requires all New Jersey employers, not covered by Federal programs, have workers’ compensation coverage or be approved for self-insurance.  More
Alien Labor Certification
The alien or foreign labor certification program permits U.S. employers to hire foreign workers on a temporary or permanent basis to fill jobs essential to the U.S. economy.  More
Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) Program
This is a one year federal program which offers tax incentives for employers to hire individuals from certain targeted groups.  More
Employer Accounts
Determines if an employer is subject to New Jersey’s Unemployment Compensation and Temporary Disability laws, assigns contribution tax rates based on employer’s employment experience.  More
Free On-Site Safety and Health Consultations
Trained OSHA staff provide free On-Site Safety and Health Consultation services to employers to improve their internal occupational safety and health management systems.  More

Business Resource and One-Stop Career Centers provide employers assistance recruiting or training job applicants according to company selection and hiring criteria.  More
Layoffs and Closings
The Response Team provides on-site assistance to employers and workers involved in a closing or permanent mass layoff at no cost to you during your regular shift.  More
