Secretary of Defense William J. Perry departs Washington, D.C. on Saturday,April 13, 1996 to visit Japan and the Republic of Korea.
He will return theUnited States on Tuesday, April 16, 1996.
In both countries, Secretary Perry will meet with senior government andmilitary officials to discuss bilateral military-to-military relations andregional security issues.
In addition, while in the Republic of Korea,Secretary Perry will meet with senior U.S. military officials.
