Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will host a Full Honors Arrival Ceremonyto welcome Minister of Defense Shaikh Ahmad al-Hamud Al-Sabah, of the State ofKuwait, to the Pentagon at 10: 30 a.m. (EDT), Tuesday, April 23, 1996.

The Ceremony will be held on the Lower River Parade Field of the Pentagon.There will be a photo opportunity immediately following the ceremony.
